Registration Procedure

Students will have to follow the steps mentioned below to complete their registration procedure during each semester:

Consultation with an Academic Advisor

During Advising Week, (for dates refer to HCU‘s academic calendar), each student is required to consult with her/his academic advisor to finalize the selection of her/his courses.

Students must sign up to meet their advisor (advisor-advisee lists are posted by each department).  Students who do not attend their advising sessions cannot proceed to register their courses.

Each student should secure the signature of her/his advisor on her/his Registration Form.

Online Registration

Students should access the student Information System using their usernames and passwords to register their courses online during the registration week. Any registered course which does not have the approval of the instructor will be automatically deleted.

Payment of Fees

To complete their registration, students should collect their statements of fees and settle their accounts within the specified dates.
